Earth Hour 09

tonight is my shoti's grad night so we went to Edsa Shang to celebrate..

unfortunately due to miscommunication(i have a feeling on my part which i would never admit.. hehe).. di kami naka reserve sa Heat =( which was a huge disappointment since all of us were looking forward to eating their buffet na..

we ended up going to summer palace.. since my dad argued until they get us some place decent to eat.. the hotel was brimming with ateneans!

in accordance to earth hour Heat (where we did not eat) was lighted by candle light lang sniff sniff.. while sa summer palace all the lights were dimmed.. while in my house i closed all the lights before i left =) hehe...

even after traveling 3 hours, standing in a crowded area with people smoking almost into your face, experiencing a near stampede, and almost getting stucked in the middle of edsa.. it was all worth it.. haha...

Baguio Experience

amid all the craziness of the festival.. i did a pretty stupid thing.. hehe

background: since kuripot ako at i dont think its practical to ride a jeep for a less than 500m(approx) road.. i walked while my companions waited for a jeep.. i wanted to take a picture of a view kasi which i wont be able to take on a jeep.. and i also wanted to go to a chapel with a very cute roof..

kaso while i was walking.. i looked around first naman before taking a quick snap of the view from the road.. i swear walang tao.. pero while walking towards the hotel.. i noticed a scary looking guy following me.. since it was our second day in Baguio.. i knew that theres a hospital na mas malapit kaysa sa hotel from where i was.. so i hurriedly walk towards it and entered the hospital.. the scary guy stopped outside the hospital gate.. he did not entered the hospital grounds naman.. so i waited and waited for ten minutes siguro.. behind the parked cars.. until i saw him ride a jeep..

people in the hospital entrance were looking at me na nga eh.. pero they did not asked me whats wrong so i did not want to go accusing people naman..

after that i hurriedly went to our hotel... and did noo stopped by the chapel din coz it was closed =(.. i think thats approximately 20 minutes.. walking and hiding and all.. pagdating ko sa room.. wala pa ang mga magagaling kong kasama..

sheesh.. they needed to walk 1/4 of the way din coz walang jeep dun sa pinaghihintayan nila.. kung naglakad sana sila edi mas mabilis.. hehe

anyways.. i learned my lesson.. never to take pictures when there are people around.

Panagbenga - Float Parade

Ive been meaning to go to the Flower Festival in Baguio ever since ive heard of it.. so i jumped at the chance to go there last weekend.. it was not really that impromptu.. i knew abouttit for more than a month but waited until a week before the festival to tell my parents that im going to Baguio.. hehe..

medyo ang daming pictures kaya hirap i sift yung mukhang matino.. hehe.. pero medyo konti lang pictures ko kasi puro pics lang from my cam yung meron ako as of now..

i LOVE the float parade..

thats Kim and Gerald pala.. hehe.. people went crazy when they paraded..

im not sure if the flowers were all real.. pero i think some of them are... so cool!!!
