driving thru fiesta

last sunday i drove to the gym by myself.. unfortunately i forgot that i would be driving past the church where i assume most of the celebrations for fiestas happens.. so i tried to take a detour and ended up in the palengke side of the barangay and i was STUCKED in a middle of a fiesta celebration. me aad my big starex.. huhu

well the palengke is usually full of people and tricycles.. well that sunday afternoon some guys and boys were playing a game topless with grease on their body.. they were playing catch the Buko.. i forgot what the game is called but they were literally running towards my car rushing after a guy holding a buko in his arms.. i was freaking!! i didnt know how to get the hell out of the middle of the game.. sobrang scary talaga.. i was moving at snail pace and is passing side by side with people in both sides..

at least the people were patient.. maybe because im a girl...but im never ever going to do that again!! id rather be stuck in the middle of edsa with snail paced cars than in a middle of a crazy buko game with tons of people cheering on...
